Cheeky Hen only delivers to UK mainland. Your order will be delivered by courier, Royal Mail First Class Postage, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
You may request a tracking number from us at any time, for any shipment where this is applicable.
All items are normally shipped to the registered Credit/Debit card holders' address. An alternative delivery address can be specified but a security check will be conducted
to verify the credit card address against the Invoice address. These procedures are here to protect you and us against credit card fraud. In certain cases we may require
proof of identity before shipping.
Delivery costs
All orders over £200 are delivered free of charge. Orders under £200 will be charged £3.95 towards carriage.
Requested Delivery by Next Day Service or Special Delivery will be charged at an additional £4.75. All orders over £100 will be sent via special delivery to ensure signature receipt of goods and will be charged at an additional £4.75.
All goods on our site are in stock at the time of ordering and we aim to dispatch orders received and paid for by 3 PM within 48 hours. Special Delivery orders for next day delivery must be ordered and paid for by 12:00 noon in order to be sent within 24 hours. Very rarely an item may run out due to the time lapse on our system, which has to cope with large volumes of sales in our shop and online; if the item is not due back into stock within a few days, we will contact you for further instructions.
We take security very seriously that is why we use SECPay as our credit card processing provider.

Are all goods in stock?
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you until stock arrives. We cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to third parties or unforeseen
